Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒型の電歪又は圧電材料からなる振動素子の上下両端
    面に金属弾性体を配した縦振動姿態で１７２波長共振す
    るランジバン型振動子において、縦振動姿態の節の位置
    に凹部をもち、かつ凹部以外のランジバン型振動子の周
    囲に複数の貫通穴を設けた金属性薄板支持板を挿入する
    ことにより、少なくとも２個以上のランジバン振動子を
    配列して成る振動子配列構造体。
