Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）大端面とその軸上に小端面を持つカプラーを用い
    、前記大端面に振動子を固着しかつ前記小端面に共振板
    を設けて超音波振動体を構成し、前記振動子に曲り振動
    をさせかつ前記共振板の周波数が前記超音波振動体系全
    体の共振周波数となる如くした超音波振動子ユニットに
    おいて、前記カプラーの大端面中心部に凸部を形成しか
    つ前記振動子の中心部に中心孔を形成して、該中心孔を
    前記凸部が貫通する如く前記振動子を前記大端面に固着
    し、前記カプラー円錐面に弾性体を介して接するケース
    と前記凸部に固定される裏蓋とで少なくとも前記振動子
    を囲んだことを特徴とする超音波振動子ユニット。
  2. （２）前記凸部が、前記カプラーを介し前記振動子の一
    方の電極に電気的に接続された一方の接続部材となって
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波振動子
    ユニット。
