るシフトフォークの本体を示す斜視図、第３図は強化パ
イプを示す拡大斜視図、第４図は強化パイプを製造する
ための母材パイプを示す拡大斜視図、第５図は母材パイ
プの表面に複合層を形成する状態を示す斜視図１．第６
図はシフトフォークの下端部に強化パイプを嵌装させる
状態を示す斜視図、第７図は完成されたシフトフ芽−り
を示す斜視図である。 尚、図中３はクラッチスリーブ、４はシフトフ・オーク
本体、６は強化パイプ、９は複合層、１２はセラミック
系繊維のウィスカである。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）半円弧状に成型されて、その雨下端部をクラッチ
    スリーブと摺動させつつこれを回転軸方向に移動させて
    ギアチェンジを行うトランスミッションのシフトフォー
    クにおいて、上記シフトフォークの下端部に、その表面
    がセラミック系繊維と母材の表面金属との混合した複合
    層を有する強化パイプを嵌装させたことを特徴とするト
    ランスミッションのシフトフォーク。
  2. （２）上記セラミック系繊維がＳｉ３Ｎ４．　ＳｉＣあ
    るいはＡ１゜０３のウィスカによって構成され且つ上記
    母材の金属がアルミニウムによって構成された上記実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のトランスミッションの
    シフトフォーク。
