    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 温度の変化を電気信号に変換する温度検出部と、設定温
    度を調整するための温度設定部と、温度検出部よりの信
    号が設定温度の近傍になるとその出力が急激に変化する
    波形制御部と、この波形制御部の出力信号のレベルに対
    応してデユーティが変化する矩形波信号を発振する矩形
    波発振器と、この矩形波信号に応動してオン・オフする
    スイッチング手段とを備えて成る温度制御面路。
