車速に対応する車速信号Ｗを発する回路と、エンジン負
荷に対応するエンジン負荷信号Ｕを発する回路と、両信
号を受けて両信号の差ｗ−ｕより変速点を算出し変速指
示信号を出力するコンパレータ回路とを設け、エンジン
負荷信号Ｕを発する上記回路にアクセルペダルと連動す
る可変抵抗器を設けて、変速点を与えるエンジン負荷信
号Ｕの値を任意に設定できるようにしたことを特徴とす
