前記両検出手段からめ入力信号をエンジン回転数とアク
セル開度とに基づいて予め設定記憶させたマップと照合
して変速すべきか否かを判定する変速判定手段と、該判
定手段からの出力に基づいてクラッチの断続操作を制御
するクラッチ制御手段と、同じく前記出力に基づいて変
速機のシフト操作を制御するシフトチェンジ制御手段と
