埋設し、上記、タンクの下方の土中の遮水壁内にフィル
タ層を形成し、地表面からフィルタ層近傍までの地下水
排出ピットを設け、該ピットと上記フィルタ層と−を連
通させる連通路を設け、ピット内の地下水を外部へ排出
するポンプを設け、タンク内およびピット内にそれぞれ
液面計を設け、両液置針の検出値を比較演算してその雨
検出値の差が設定値以上になったときには上記ポンプを
作動させてピット内の地下水を排出させる制御装置を設
