Conventionally, the heating time of a heating cooker is generally determined by the weight of the object to be heated. Therefore, a high-frequency heating cooker equipped with a weight measuring device for setting the heating time has been proposed. An example thereof is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 2 shows a cross section of FIG. In this conventional example, a through hole is provided in the bottom plate 2 of the heating chamber 1, and the mounting table 3 and the weight measuring device 4 using the elasticity of a leaf spring are mechanically connected. 6 is a main body, and 6 is a door that can be opened and closed. The mounting table 3 is provided with a rotating shaft 7 that passes through the bottom plate 2 of the heating chamber 1''. The rotating shaft 7 is supported by a resin bearing 8, and the mounting table is rotatable. 9 is a saucer on which the object to be heated 10 is placed. 11 is a magnetron that generates microwaves. In this conventional configuration, a gap is created between the bottom plate 2 of the heating chamber 1 and the mounting table 3, through which liquid such as grilled soup may flow, and in the case of a high-frequency heating device, microwaves may leak. was. In addition, cleaning was also inconvenient as food scraps got stuck in the gaps and were difficult to clean.

A rotary gear 12 that rotates around a fixed shaft 2a fixed to the bottom plate 2 with the bottom plate 2 interposed therebetween is provided at the bottom of the mounting table 3, and has teeth on its outer periphery. This rotating gear 12
has a structure in which it rotates around the fixed shaft 2a by a drive gear 14 connected to a drive motor 13. Furthermore, three permanent magnets A16 are disposed at approximately equal intervals on the circumference of the upper surface of the rotating gear 12. On the other hand, three permanent magnets B16 corresponding to the permanent magnet A1s are also arranged inside the mounting table 3, and a pair of opposing permanent magnets A16 and B16 are provided.
are connected by magnetic attraction. The bottom plate 2 and the mounting table 3 of the heating chamber 1 are supported in the vertical direction by rollers A17 and in the horizontal direction by rollers B18. When the rotary gear 12 rotates, its rotational force is applied to the magnet A16. The suction force of B16 is transmitted to the mounting table 3, and the mounting table 3 rotates. An electromagnet 19 is further installed at the center of the upper surface of the rotating gear 12. A permanent magnet 20 is also provided on the inner surface of the mounting table 3 facing the electromagnet 19 with the bottom plate 2 of the heating chamber 1 interposed therebetween. When the electromagnet 19 is excited with direct current, a magnetic repulsion force acts between it and the permanent magnet C20, and the mounting table 3 can be levitated.

The rotating gear 12 is mounted on a weight measuring device 4 shown in FIG. 6, and the weight transmitted to the rotating gear 12 can be measured. The structure of this weight measuring device 4 is such that a gear shaft 23 integrally formed with the rotary gear 12 is in contact with a leaf spring 22 to which a strain detection element 21 is attached, and the leaf spring 22 is deformed by the force applied to the leaf spring 22. The distortion detection element 21 converts the amount of distortion into an electrical amount, which is further converted into a numerical value by a control circuit and displayed. One end of the two leaf springs 22 is fixed to a support base 24, and the other end is connected with a spacer 26.

As described above, the rotating gear 12 moves up and down in accordance with the amount of deformation or deflection of the leaf spring 22 due to the force applied thereto. If the driving gear 14 is made long, there will be no problem in transmitting the rotational force even if the rotating gear 12 moves up and down a little. Furthermore, by attaching the permanent magnets A16 and B16 that transmit rotational force to the mounting table 3 on the side of the mounting table 3, the distance between the permanent magnets A15 and B16 does not change even if the rotating gear 12 and the mounting table 3 move up and down. changes in suction force can be reduced. For example, permanent magnets A15 and B16 are replaced by permanent magnet C2.
0 and the electromagnet 19, the mounting table 3 is levitated using the permanent magnet C20 and the electromagnet 19 as described above due to the attractive force of the permanent magnets A1s and B16, and the weight is transmitted. This will be inconvenient. Further, even if the permanent magnets A15 and B16 are set in a repulsive relationship, contrary to the structure in which they are attracted to each other, the mounting table 3 rotates together with the rotating gear 12.

Although it is conceivable to use a permanent magnet instead of the electromagnet 19 in the above configuration, the following advantages can be obtained by using an electromagnet. If a permanent magnet were used, the mounting table 3 would constantly float due to magnetic repulsion, resulting in poor stability when placing a lightweight object to be heated. However, when using an electromagnet, it is only necessary to excite the electromagnet when measuring weight, and by adjusting the magnetic force, even when a lightweight object to be heated is placed on it, the magnetic force can be weakened and the mounting table can be moved slightly. Since it can be floated, stability is not compromised. FIGS. 6 and 7 are diagrams for explaining the above principle. In FIG. 6, the weight W12 including the object to be heated and the mounting table is applied to the leaf spring 22 of the weight measuring device 4 via the gear shaft 23, and the leaf spring 22 is further deflected in proportion to the weight W11. The two strain detection elements 21 are deformed in proportion to the amount, and the amount of strain deformation is converted into an electrical signal, the weight W1v is detected, and the weight of the object to be heated is electrically calculated by subtracting the weight of the mounting table from this W12. It is what is detected. In FIG. 7, if the electromagnet 19 is not energized first, the weight of the mounting table 3 and the object to be heated will be applied to the bottom plate 2 of the heating chamber 1 through the roller A17.

Here, when the electromagnet 19 is gradually excited, the weight measuring device 4
The magnetic repulsion force between the electromagnet 19 and the permanent magnet C20 is added to this. This force reaches its maximum when the mounting table 3 floats, and even if the electromagnet 19 is further excited, the mounting table 3 will only float further and the force applied to the weight measuring device 4 will not change.

That is, by grasping the floating point F, the weight can be measured without causing the mounting table 3 to float up to nothing or making the mounting table 3 unstable.

At this time, the excitation is strengthened while checking the value from the weight measuring section 31 as described above. When the weight has been measured in this way, the excitation of the electromagnet 19 is turned off, the heating time is calculated, and the switch 33 of the high frequency heating section 32 is turned on. After that, normal high frequency or heater heating operation is performed.

In the above embodiment, simply by placing the object to be heated on the mounting table 3 in the heating chamber 1 in the same manner as in a general operation, the weight of the object is detected and displayed, and the high frequency output commensurate with the weight is automatically generated. automatically selected, and automatic cooking proceeds. Therefore, the conventional weighing work can be omitted and the usability can be further improved. Further, there is no need to provide a hole for the rotating shaft in the bottom plate 2, and cleaning of the bottom plate becomes easy.
