Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application provides an electric cooking appliance 10, including: the refrigerator comprises a box body 110, a door body 120, a first magnetic unit and a second magnetic unit. A cooking cavity is formed in the box body 110, and an opening 111 communicated with the cooking cavity is formed on the side wall of the box body 110. The lower end of the door body 120 is provided with a hinge position. The hinge portion is hinged to the cabinet 110 so that the door 120 can be opened and closed at the opening 111. The first magnetic unit includes a first electromagnet 131 and a first magnetic body 132. One of the door 120 and the cabinet 110 is provided with a first electromagnet 131, and the other is provided with a first magnetic member 132. The second magnetic unit includes a second electromagnet 141 and a second magnetic body 142. One of the door 120 and the cabinet 110 is provided with a second electromagnet 141, and the other is provided with a second magnetic body 142. When the door 120 covers the opening 111, the first electromagnet 131 is disposed opposite to the first magnetic member 132, the second electromagnet 141 is disposed opposite to the second magnetic member 142, and the second electromagnet 141 is closer to the hinge position relative to the first electromagnet 131.
In the cooking appliance 10, the hinge portion is disposed at the lower end of the door 120 and is hinged to the box 110, so that the door 120 can be opened and closed and is covered at the opening 111. Because one of the door 120 and the cabinet 110 is provided with the first electromagnet 131 and the other is provided with the first magnetic body 132, when the door 120 covers the opening 111, the first electromagnet 131 and the first magnetic body 132 are arranged oppositely, when the door 120 needs to be opened, the polarity of the first electromagnet 131 can be the same as that of the first magnetic body 132, and the door 120 and the cabinet 110 can be separated under the action of the repulsive force. Meanwhile, one of the door 120 and the box 110 is further provided with a second electromagnet 141, the other is further provided with a second magnetic body 142, the second electromagnet 141 and the second magnetic body 142 are oppositely arranged and are closer to the hinge position, so that the door 120 and the box 110 can be further separated under the action of repulsive force to increase the separation angle between the two, and the door 120 can continue to rotate around the hinge position under the action of gravity until the door 120 is finally and completely opened. Therefore, in the opening process of the door 120 of the cooking appliance 10, a user can have a relatively large separation degree between the box body 110 and the door 120 without the need of assisting to rotate the door 120, so that the door 120 can be automatically and completely opened, and the use convenience of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, if the first electromagnet 131 and the second electromagnet 141 are disposed on the box body 110, the first electromagnet 131 is located at the top of the opening 111, and the second electromagnet 141 is located at the side of the opening 111.
Specifically, when the hinge position on the door 120 is hinged to the cabinet 110, the hinge position is located at the bottom of the opening 111. Therefore, when the door 120 covers the opening 111 and the first electromagnet is attracted to the first magnetic member 132, the door 120 can be fully covered on the opening 111, and the normal use of the cooking appliance 10 is prevented from being affected by a gap between the door 120 and the opening 111 of the cabinet 110.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, if the first magnetic element 132 and the second magnetic element 142 are disposed on the box 110, the first magnetic element 132 is located at the top of the opening 111, and the second magnetic element 142 is located at the side of the opening 111.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, if the first electromagnet 131 and the second magnetic member 142 are disposed on the box body 110, the first electromagnet 131 is located at the top of the opening 111, and the second magnetic member 142 is located at the side of the opening 111.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, if the first magnetic element 132 and the second magnetic element 141 are disposed on the box 110, the first magnetic element 132 is located on the top of the opening 111, and the second magnetic element 141 is located on the side of the opening 111.
In order to improve the convenience of installing the first magnetic unit and the second magnetic unit, in an embodiment, the box body 110 is provided with a first installation groove (not shown) and a second installation groove (not shown), and the second installation groove is closer to the hinge position relative to the first installation groove. Correspondingly, the door 120 is provided with a first receiving groove and a second receiving groove, and the second receiving groove is closer to the hinge position relative to the first receiving groove. One of the first mounting groove and the first receiving groove is used for mounting the first electromagnet 131, and the other is used for mounting the first magnetic body 132. One of the second mounting groove and the second receiving groove is used for mounting the second electromagnet 141, and the other is used for mounting the second magnetic body 142.
In order to improve the reliability of the separation between the door 120 and the cabinet 110, in an embodiment based on the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the number of the second magnetic units is two. Specifically, if the two second electromagnets 141 are disposed on the box 110, the two second electromagnets 141 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the opening 111. Thus, when the two second magnetic units operate simultaneously and the corresponding second electromagnets 141 and the second magnetic bodies 142 repel each other, the two opposite sides of the door 120 can be pushed simultaneously, so that the difficulty of pushing the door 120 open is reduced, and the reliability of opening the door is improved.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, if two second magnetic bodies 142 are disposed on the box 110, the two second magnetic bodies 142 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the opening 111.
Or, in another embodiment, if one of the two second electromagnets 141 is disposed on the box body 110, and one of the two second magnetic bodies 142 is disposed on the box body 110, the second electromagnet 141 and the second magnetic body 142 on the box body 110 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the opening 111.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in an embodiment, the cooking appliance 10 further includes a controller. The controller is electrically connected to the first electromagnet 131, and the controller is configured to control an energization state of the first electromagnet 131. The controller is electrically connected to the second electromagnet 141, and the controller is configured to control an energization state of the second electromagnet 141. Therefore, the first magnetic unit and the second magnetic unit can be controlled by the controller, so that the door 120 and the cabinet 110 can be closed or opened.
In addition, the "energization state" referred to in the present embodiment includes: de-energizing the electromagnet, rendering the electromagnet conductive, and changing the polarity of the electromagnet. Specifically, the control of the energization state of the first electromagnet 131 and the second electromagnet 141 by the controller may be adjusted according to actual requirements.
When the door 120 needs to be covered on the opening 111 of the box 110, the controller controls the first electromagnet 131 to be turned on, and causes the first electromagnet 131 and the first magnetic element 132 to attract each other, and at the same time, the controller controls the second electromagnet 141 to be turned off, in other words, causes the second magnetic unit not to be activated. When the door 120 needs to be separated from the box body 110, the controller controls the first electromagnet 131 and the first magnetic body 132 to repel each other, and at this time, the door 120 is separated from the box body 110; then, the controller controls the second electromagnet 141 to be electrically conducted, and the second electromagnet 141 and the second magnetic body 142 repel each other, so that the door 120 and the box 110 can be further separated, and the separation degree between the door 120 and the box 110 is increased.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, in an embodiment, the cooking appliance 10 further includes a position detector. The position detector is electrically connected to the controller, and the position detector is used for detecting position information of the door 120 relative to the cabinet 110. The controller is used for controlling the first electromagnet 131 and the second electromagnet 141 according to the position information.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the position detector includes a microswitch 150. The micro switch 150 is disposed at the opening 111 of the case 110. The micro switch 150 is electrically connected to the controller. When the door 120 covers the opening 111, the door 120 abuts against the contact of the microswitch 150. When the door 120 is separated from the opening 111, the door 120 is spaced from the contact of the microswitch 150.
In this embodiment, the micro switch 150 is electrically connected to the controller, and the controller can control the first electromagnet 131 and the second electromagnet 141 according to the state of the micro switch 150. Specifically, when the contact of the micro switch 150 abuts against the door 120, the door 120 covers the opening 111, and at this time, if the door 120 needs to be opened, the controller controls the first electromagnet 131 to conduct electricity and make the first electromagnet 131 and the first magnetic body 132 repel each other, so that the door 120 can be pushed to the first open position, as shown in fig. 5. When the door 120 is pushed to the first position, the contact of the micro switch 150 does not abut against the door 120, and at this time, the controller controls the second electromagnet 141 to conduct electricity and make the second electromagnet 141 and the second magnetic body 142 repel each other, so that the door 120 is further pushed to the second opening position, as shown in fig. 6.
It should be noted that, when the door 120 is at the first open position, an included angle between the door 120 and the box 110 is 0.5 ° to 10 °.
Generally, the cooking appliance 10 is placed on a kitchen counter, in order to avoid the door 120 from generating a strong impact with the kitchen counter during the opening process, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cooking appliance 10 further includes a damping hinge 170. The hinge is hinged to the housing 110 by a damped hinge 170. Therefore, the door body 120 can slowly fall under the cooperation of the damping hinge 170 in the rotating and falling process, and the door body 120 is prevented from being damaged.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the door 120 is at the first opening position, the damping force applied to the door 120 is greater than the gravity applied to the door 120, and when the door 120 is at the second opening position, the damping force applied to the door 120 is less than the gravity applied to the door 120, so that when the door 120 is pushed to the second opening position, the door 120 can continue to rotate under the action of gravity until contacting the kitchen countertop, even if the door 120 is in a completely opened state, as shown in fig. 3.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the cooking appliance 10 further includes an operation panel 160. The operation panel 160 is provided with a door opening button. The door opening key is electrically connected with the controller. When a user needs to open the door 120, the user can automatically open the door 120 by pressing the door opening button under the action of the controller.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the cooking appliance 10 further comprises a buffer (not shown in the figures). The buffer is disposed on a surface of the door 120 facing away from the cabinet 110. Thus, the impact of the kitchen counter to the door 120 can be further reduced, so that the door 120 is not easily damaged.
The present application further provides a door opening control method of a cooking appliance 10, for controlling the cooking appliance 10 as described above, the door opening control method includes:
acquiring a door opening signal, and controlling the power-on state of the first electromagnet 131 so that the door body 120 is not limited by the box body 110;
the second electromagnet 141 is controlled to be energized, and the second electromagnet 141 and the second magnetic member 142 are made to repel each other.
In this embodiment, the first magnetic unit and the second magnetic unit are matched, so that the separation degree between the door 120 and the box 110 can be increased, and the door 120 can be automatically opened relative to the box 110.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in an embodiment, the controlling the energization state of the first electromagnet 131 includes:
the first electromagnet 131 is controlled to change the polarity, so that the first electromagnet 131 and the first magnetic member 132 repel each other.
Specifically, before the door 120 and the cabinet 110 are separated, the controller controls the first electromagnet 131 to be in a conductive state and attract the first electromagnet 131 and the first magnetic body 132, and when the door 120 and the cabinet 110 need to be separated, the controller enables the first electromagnet 131 to be in the conductive state, and changes the polarity of the first electromagnet 131, so that the first electromagnet 131 and the first magnetic body 132 repel each other, so that the door 120 and the cabinet 110 can be separated, and a gap is formed between the door 120 and the cabinet 110.
Further, in addition to the above embodiments, in an embodiment, the controlling the energization state of the second electromagnet 141 and making the second electromagnet 141 repel the second magnetic body 142 includes:
acquiring position information of the door body 120;
when the position information indicates that the door 120 is at the first open position, the second electromagnet 141 is turned on, and the second electromagnet 141 and the second magnetic member 142 repel each other.
Specifically, the door 120 is pushed to the first open position for the first time by the repulsion between the first electromagnet 131 and the first magnetic body 132, and when the position detector detects that the door 120 is at the first open position, the controller controls the second electromagnet 141 according to the information, so that the second electromagnet 141 is electrically conductive and the second electromagnet 141 and the second magnetic body 142 are repelled, and thus, the door 120 can be pushed to the second open position again by the repulsion between the second electromagnet 141 and the second magnetic body 142. When the door 120 is at the second opening position, the separation degree between the door 120 and the cabinet 110 is large, and the door 120 can continue to rotate under the action of gravity until the opening 111 is completely opened.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, an included angle between the door 120 and the cabinet 110 when the door 120 is at the first open position may be changed by adjusting the strength of the magnetism of the first electromagnet 131. Similarly, the included angle between the door 120 and the cabinet 110 when the door 120 is at the second opening position can be changed by adjusting the strength of the magnetism of the second electromagnet 141. Specifically, the strength of the magnetic field can be adjusted by changing the current and the number of turns of the coil.
