Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent relief owing to curving of membrane bars and to improve the accuracy of welding by constituting a titled device of a roll which exerts pressing force upon membrane bars, a moving welding device, and a pulling device for membrane bars. CONSTITUTION:A welder 5 which welds pipes 1 and membrane bars 2, and a press roll 7 which is exerted with pressing force by a pressurizing device 6 such as hydraulic cylinder are disposed in an automatic welding device 4. The roll 7 presses the bars 2 disposed alternately with the pipes 1 on a stand 8. The other end part of the bars 2 is connected to a pulling device 10 such as hydraulic cylinder so that during welding the respective membrane bars are exerted with tensile forces by a fixing device 8 and the device 10. In this state, the device 4 moves in an arrow direction while pressing the bars 2 with the roll 7. Thus the relief of the bars owing to their curving is prevented.

Description

間に介在配置したメンブレンバーの浮き上りを効果的に
防止できる自動溶接装置に関する。゛ 例えばボイラの炉壁は発生した熱を有効に回収するため
メンブレンパネルと称する水冷壁を使用する。このメン
ブレンパネルは平行に配置した複数本の管の間にメンブ
レンバーと称する金属板を各々介在配置し、メンブレン
バート管とを溶接により固着して一枚の板に構成するこ
とにより形成される。第1図はメンブレンパネルを示し
、lは管、2は各管1の間に介在配置したメンブレンバ
ーであり、各管1とメンブレンバー2は溶接3によって
一枚のメンブレンパネルに形成される。第2図はメンブ
レンパネルを形成する溶接方法について示す。メンブレ
ンバ一 方向に徐々に移動しながら行なわれるが、溶接によって
生ずる熱による熱膨張率が管1とメンブレンパネル2と
では相違すること、メンブレンパネル2の方が熱応力を
受は易いことなどが原因で溶接の途中でメンブレンバー

ンバー2を打撃力により水平に伸しながら溶接を行なオ
つねばならず、通常メンブレンバー打ち込み用の要員を
特別に配置しており不経済であると共に、溶接精度が低
