換装置はインカー及びアウターギヤーを有する伝動ギヤ
ーと、揺動アームに支持されかつインナー及びアウター
ギヤーに選択咬合自在な一対の咬合ギヤーとを備え、更
に、前記咬合ギヤーを切換操作する切換レバーを備え、
該切換レバーを中立位置と正逆位置に保持する位置決め
機構を設け、該中立位置側の位置決め力を正逆位置決め
力より弱く構成したことを特徴とする摺動式ロータリ装
