１８を設け、切換弁１８の制御部に、カッタヘッド回転
トルクを検出しこの検出値Ｐ。と設定された値Ｐとを比
較演算しこの信号で切換弁１８を切換制御するインタロ
ック制御回路３６を設けたことを特徴とするシールド式
