中継端子、８ａは端子、８ｂは取付部、８Ｃは絶縁体部

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マイクロ波集積回路上のバイアス回路に電圧を印加させ
    るバイアス端子において、取付部をバナナプラグ等のば
    ね状構造とするとともに、バイアス回路に接触する端子
    および上記端子と、上記取付部との間には絶縁体で形成
    した突起部を設けたことを特徴とするバイアス端子。
