Abstract

けられ、電話交換網1を介して相互にファクシミリ通信
が可能である◎学校から各受講生に対する所定科目の問
題の配布、並びに各受講生の答案の学校へ回収は、総べ
てセンタ端末装置2と各対地端末装置31乃至3nとの
間で行われる0センタ端末装置2は対地端末装置31の
電話番号を電話交換網1に送出して通信路11を設定さ
せた後、送信原稿から読取った所定科目の問題に関する
画像情報を対地端末装置31に送達する0対地端末装置
31は受信した画像情報を受信記録紙に記憶するO同様
の過程を対地端末装置32乃至3nに対しても順次繰返
すことにより、各受講生に所′定科目の問題が配送され
る・各受講生は、配布さ゛れた問題に対する回答を答案
用紙に記入して、回収期限迄に各自の対地端末装置31
乃至3nK設定しておく。回収期限になると、センタ端
末装置2は再び対地端末装[31)電話番号を電話交換
網1に送出して通信路11を設定させた後、対地端末装
置31に答案用紙から画像情報を読取らせ、センタ端末
装置2に返送させ石。センタ端末装置2は受信した画像
情報を受信記録紙に記憶する。同様の過程を対地端末装

受講生の答案が回収出来る。以上のファクシミリ通信は
通信費の節減のために、夜間等(オペレータの介在無く
行われることが望ましい・従来あるとの種ファクシきり
順次回報集信方式においては、複数電話番号の自動呼出
装置、時限装置および小容量の記憶装置をセンタ端末装
置2に:併用することにより、前記要望を満足すること
が試みられているが、多種類の科目に関する問題を各受
講生に対応して選択して配送することは不可能であった
・更に前記問題の配布および答案の回収に関す為通信費
の算定その他の管理情報を収集することも不可能であう

同報集信方式の欠点を除去し、多種類の科目に関する問
題を各受講生に対応して選択して配送することが出来、
更に通信費その他の管理情報本収集可能なファクシミリ
順次同報集信方式の実現にある。
