せるため材料が切削途中で返送されてしまう欠点がある
と共に、材種や仕上条件に応じて送材速度を変える場合
には、その都度タイマーの設定時間を変更しないと、材
料が切削終了前に返送されたり、返送されずに後方へ送

フされる切削終了の検出器を対設し、該検出器を送材部
材の回転切換器に接続したものであるから、送材部材に
送られて調力により切削された材料が、切削を終了する
と検出器が切削時微動した調力保持体の復帰により切削
終了を検出し、回転切換器の切換えを行って送材部材の
逆転により材料を返送するから、材料をその長さに関係
なく切削終了の時点において確実に返送することが出来
るばかりでなく、この切削終了の検知式では、例え、材
料の途中に切欠があっても、送材中は調力保持体が復帰
せず、従って、切削終了の検出は行われないため、材料
が終端布速られて全長の加工を完了しない限り返送され
ない便利があると共に、材種や仕上条件に応じて送材速
度を変えるときも、材料を切削終了後に確実に返送する

様に中央のテーブル2とその両側の軸部9゜9とに跨っ
て長い斜溝10を設け、この斜溝10内に反対向きの調
力6,6を横に並べて取付けた摺動銀盤11を嵌合しで

了を検出させて、可逆電動機20の回転を交互に正逆に
変換させると共に、その切換回数を設定回路により設定
すれば、任意回数の材料の往復切削を自由に行うことが

ら外れるときは、保持体4・に送材力が作用しなくなる
ため、保持体4は復帰部材17により復帰され、その隣
間に検出器21はオンとなり、材料の切削終了を検出し
て検出信号を回転切換器22に送り、この回転切換器2
2を切換えて、可逆電動機20を逆転させるから、送材
部材18は材料の切削終了の直後に、その回転方向を変
換され、材料をテーブル2の前方へ返送するもので、こ
の動作は、材料の長短に全く関係なく一律に行われると

削終了を検出させて、材料の返送を上記同様に行わせる
