あり、図中1は目標からの反射波、之はアンテナ、3は
ハイブリッド回路、4はミキサ、5はローカルオシレー
タ、6はIF増幅器、7は位相検出回路、8はアンテナ
サーボ回路、9は目標方向検知回路、10は角度誤差補
正回路、11は減算器、Wは和信号、Sは差信号、Kは
角度誤差信号、イは和信号パターン、口は差信号パター
ン、ハは角度誤差特性である。なお、図中同一あるいは
