For this reason, in recent years, dry purification equipment has been adopted as a way to eliminate the shortage caused by the wet method, but conventional dry purification equipment simply consisted of a powdered chemical injection pipe attached to the exhaust gas duct. Therefore, there is a problem that the powdered chemicals are not uniformly dispersed in the exhaust gas, and therefore a large amount of unreacted chemicals are entrained in the exhaust gas, which reduces the capacity of the electrostatic precipitator installed downstream. The amount of chemicals used had to be increased more than necessary, and there were also problems in terms of operating costs.

本考案は以上に鑑みてなされたものであり、以下その実
施例を第1図〜第3図に基づき説明する。
The present invention has been devised in view of the above, and examples thereof will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.

Reference numeral 1 designates an exhaust gas duct of an incineration facility, and at three locations above and below an exhaust gas passage 2 inside the duct, a pair of chevron-shaped members 3.4 in a mutually overlapping state cross the passage 2 in the orthogonal direction and are spaced apart from each other in the exhaust gas flow direction. They are arranged parallel to each other.

A part of the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust gas passage 2 is distributed vertically by the chevron-shaped member 3, and first flows downstream through the gap between the comb blades 3a of the chevron-shaped member 3 on the upstream side.

Thereafter, it flows further downstream through the gap between the comb blades 4a of the chevron-shaped member 4 on the downstream side.

Therefore, an exhaust gas turbulent area is formed in the gap S between the chevron-shaped members 3 and 4, and a suction flow directed to the outside is generated from this area.

Since the powdered chemicals from the blowing pipe 6 are supplied to this portion, they are uniformly dispersed into the exhaust gas along with the suction flow.

生成物8は排ガスダクト1の底部に貯まる。The product 8 accumulates at the bottom of the exhaust gas duct 1.

As described above, according to the present invention, powdered chemicals are uniformly dispersed in the exhaust gas, so there is no need to consume a large amount of chemicals than necessary, and since the system is dry, operating costs and maintenance management are easy. .

また電気集塵器等の能力を低下させることもない。Moreover, the performance of electric precipitators etc. is not reduced.
