のである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention uses common transfer paper printed with ink containing a mixture of synthetic resin base and fine pigment powder to give elasticity to the printing pattern, and then unglazed or printed. The design is transferred onto the glazed layer of the ceramic body, which has been hard-fired and has a glazed layer on its surface.As the resilient design acts as a sandblasting protective film, sandblasting is applied over the design. It is characterized by removing the glaze layer except for the pattern and applying the ceramic carving pattern, and then vitrifying the glaze layer and baking the pattern for printing, and sandblasting the ceramic body. The engraving is done without using a special protective film for sandblasting, and by heating at a high temperature of /100°C to /100°C, a part of the pattern pigment is softened and oozes into the edges of the engraving. By creating an inglaze effect in which the pattern pigment permeates into the glaze of the glazed layer that is vitrified,
without causing any misalignment between the engraving and the printed pattern.
Moreover, the object is to provide a method for decorating ceramics that allows a mixture of three-dimensional patterns and two-dimensional colored patterns in a very small number of steps.

, o, and a vehicle (inorganic pigment fine powder added and kneaded) is used to print the printing pattern J using a screen printing method, and then an overcoat layer made of a resin solution is applied. The pattern 3△ has a thickness of about 0 to 0 μ, but it has both the abrasion resistance of the pigment and the elasticity of the resin vehicle, and it has the abrasive particles sprayed by sandblasting. It was confirmed that it acts as a sandblasting protective layer that resists damage.

Since the transfer paper shown in Figure 1 is wetted with water or diluted alcohol for slide transfer, an acrylic resin emulsion is sprayed onto the surface of the glazed layer to make it waterproof. However, when forming a glazed layer by mixing 5Nto% of the above-mentioned emulsion with a glaze, the layer hardens and does not dissolve due to slide transfer. It is not necessary to form a single filler layer/J.

がそれに適するものであるように選択する必要はある。The filler layer/J or the emulsion mixed glaze layer/J is vaporized or burned out by heating applied later. In the following, explanation will be given based on the form in which the filler layer 13 is formed.A pattern 3 supported by the overcoat layer is placed on the filler layer 13 by wetting the transfer paper shown in FIG. 7 and peeling off the mount l. △ Transferred by the known sliding method and adhered as shown in Fig. 3, and then sandblasted as shown in Fig. q. The coating layer DA is rapidly broken by the spraying of the abrasive particles 21, but since the pattern 3 has the rigidity and elasticity to repel the particles, the transferred pattern acts as a protective film for sandblasting, and the pattern is directly The covering overcoat layer also escapes partial rapid destruction.Furthermore, the abrasive particles sprayed on the periphery of the pattern 3 destroy and remove the portions of the filler layer 13 and the glazed layer/J that are not covered by the pattern 3. After 0 or more steps of excavating the ceramic body ll and expressing the three-dimensional sculpture /j as shown in Figure S, the ceramic body ii is placed in a heating furnace, the glaze in the glazed layer is vitrified, and it is bisque fired. The ceramic body // is heated to about 100°C, where it is hardened. At that time, a very small portion of the pattern 3 adheres to the edge of the sculpture of the ceramic body in such a way that it flows and seeps, creating a so-called mausoleum effect. Decorate the part of the engraving.Also, a part of the pigment of the pattern J sinks into the glaze layer, which is vitrified at high temperature, to produce inglaze painting. It is necessary to select a pigment suitable for pattern J.

You can also use those that have been baked at a higher temperature. In this case, the pattern transfer and spraying of abrasive particles will not cause the ceramic body to shrink due to hardening due to subsequent heating.
The surface of the body that has been sprayed with abrasive particles has increased in hardness, so engravings using sandplasting will become shallower to the extent that it does not destroy the design.

The resin mixed in as well as the emulsifier that may be mixed in small amounts also disappear.

目的とする加飾を極く精密に施し得る進歩性をもつ。The method of the present invention is a combination of the steps clarified by the above explanation, and includes using a sandblasting protective film as a pattern to be transferred onto a glazed layer applied to an unglazed or hard-fired ceramic body;
A part of the glaze layer is removed by sandblasting, and three-dimensional engraving is applied to the ceramic body in the area without the pattern without destroying the transferred pattern.Furthermore, the glaze layer is heated to a temperature that vitrifies it to print the pattern with an inglaze effect. It is something that is given,
The ability to perform such sandblasting engraving and Inglaze effect pattern printing in an extremely simple series of steps of image transfer, sandblasting and heating is unprecedented, and it is possible to achieve the desired decoration with extreme precision. It has an inventive step that can be applied.
