Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a low-cost liquid crystal watch by insulating a coil winding core or a coil winding core and a york from a base plate. CONSTITUTION:A completed coil 24 consists of a coil winding core 14, a terminal board 15, a winding frame 17, and a coil 18. The coil 24 is incorporated into a york 13 by inserting a tube 12 into fixing holes 14c, 14d drilled into the winding core 14. Since an insulating part 16a is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the core 14 at the fixing hole 14C side, the core 14 is insulated from other parts even if coupled with a screw 22. Namely the core 14 is insulated from a base plate 11 and reference voltage is not applied to the core 14, so that when the coil 18 is directly wound around a winding part 14e of the core 14, battery capacity is not reduced because current does not flow into a driving circuit differently from conventional methods.

I'It The needle-type crystal wristwatch of the Song Dynasty had a main plate V made of metal material.
For convenience, a converter consisting of 11 yokes and coils made of magnetic material is adopted, or the yoke is attached to the base plate, and one of the completed coils is usually implanted on the base plate. This is done by fixing the pipe to a pipe made of a metal material. Therefore, the yoke and the coil winding core are electrically connected to the ground plane.

On the other hand, since the reference potential (ground potential) of the battery, which is the drive power source, is electrically connected to the ground plane, the yoke, O/C, and coil winding cores are also at the same potential as the reference potential of the power source.

The coil 6 and the winding part 1e of the coil winding core 1 are electrically insulated by the insulating part 4, but if the insulating tape forming the insulating part 4 is scratched or misaligned by one position, or if the insulation If there are cracks or flakes in the coating, the coil 1 becomes electrically connected to the winding part 1e of the coil winding core 1, so the circuit is as shown in Figure 2, which is a typical converter drive. In the circuit, a connection 7 is generated between the coil 6 and the reference potential vDo, resulting in a short circuit state.

Since r2 and Tr4 are in the ON state, the reference potential VDD
Since a current flows in the direction of the potential VB8 through the connection 7 and further through the transistor Tr4, the capacity of the battery serving as the power source decreases rapidly. Even if the transistors Tr2 and Tr3 are turned on, the converter will not operate at all because the power supply voltage has decreased. As mentioned above, when the reference potential VD of the power supply is applied to the coil core 1, if even a part of the insulation part 4 is destroyed and the coil 6 and the coil core 1 become conductive, the power supply is almost short-circuited. This has the fatal drawback that the battery capacity suddenly runs out and the clock stops immediately.

In addition, when using insulating tape to create the insulating section 4 on the coil winding core 1, it is important to be aware that the installation position may be misaligned and the cutter used to cut the insulating tape to match the width of the winding section 1e may cause damage. It is very difficult to prevent this, and since the work involves gluing the upper coil winding cores 1 one by one, the number of man-hours is extremely large.

On the other hand, in the case of coating with insulating paint, it is necessary to coat the entire circumference of the winding part 1e of the coil winding core 1, which causes uneven coating, and it is also difficult to control the position of the coating. It has disadvantages such as:

6, the identification hole 14c 1t411 is assembled on the inner circumference of the fixing hole 14C and the identification hole 14C as described above.
Since insulating parts 16a are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the coil winding core 14 around
2 and the screw 22 are not in direct contact with each other and are electrically insulated. On the other hand, on the fixing hole 14d side, an insulating part 16b is formed on the inner periphery of the fixing hole 14d and the lower surface of the coil core around the fixing hole 14d, and the upper surface side of the coil core 14 is connected to the terminal plate 15 and the circuit board 21. Since the coil winding core 14 is fastened with the screw 26 via the screw 26, even if it is fixed on the yoke 16 with the screw 26, the coil core 14 is electrically insulated from the +1-- wire 13, the tube 12, and the screw 23. .

Therefore, since the coil winding core 14 is insulated from the ground plate 11 and the reference potential vDD is not applied, the coil 18 is directly wound around the winding portion 14e of the coil winding core 14 as described above. Even if conduction occurs between the coil core 14 and the coil winding core 14,
No current flows through the drive circuit as in the conventional case, and the battery capacity does not decrease. Also, the insulating parts 16a, 1

62 is a bushing made of insulating material, which is connected to the reference potential v of the power supply.
It is pressed and fixed to a base plate 61 made of a metal material to which DD is applied, and the upper end surface portion 32a protrudes from the upper surface of the base plate 61. Therefore, both the yoke 34 and the coil winding core 65 are connected to the main plate 61.
Since the upper end surface portion 3211 is fixed on the bush 62 which protrudes from the upper surface of the bushing 62, it does not rise above the base plate 61 and come into contact with the base plate 61, and is electrically insulated from the base plate 61.

As described above, according to one aspect of the present invention, an insulating part is formed in the fixing hole of the coil winding core to insulate only the coil winding core, or a bushing made of an insulating material is planted on the base plate, and the yoke and the coil winding are By insulating the core from the ground plate, the drive circuit will not be short-circuited and the battery will run out of capacity when the coil and the coil winding core are electrically connected, unlike in the conventional case. In addition, since there is no need to use an insulating material to isolate between the winding part of the coil winding core and the coil, the structure of the completed coil is extremely simple, and the number of assembly steps can be greatly reduced, resulting in a low-cost slanted crystal wristwatch. It has the effect of being able to realize the following.
