Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify piping and decrease construction expenses, by jointly using a suction pipe partly for a pressure feed pipe when soiled mud or the like is sucked by a vacuum into a storage tank to internally pressurize the tank and discharge its contained material fed out under pressure. CONSTITUTION:At sucking operation, a Root's blower 5 is driven by an engine to generate a vacuum condition in a storage tank 13, permit soiled mud or the like to flow in with air through a suction pipe 14 into the tank 13 by press opening an open-close cap 15 and accumulate the mud. A residual fine impurity in an air flow is separated by a cyclone 3 and water slabbers 4, 6. Then in case of discharging a contained material in the tank 13, after selecting open-close valves 18, 20-23 to a closed position and 19 to an opening position, the tank 13 is dumped to open the valves 21-23, if compressed air from a compressor 11 is supplied to the bottom part of the tank 13, the tank 13 is internally pressurized while stirring and fludizing the contained material, if the valve 20 is selected to the open position, the material flows in through a branch pipe 16 and suction pipe 14 and is discharged under pressure.

The above-mentioned suction pressure feeding device has been known in the past, but in such a conventional device, the suction pipe and the pressure feeding pipe are each attached separately, so there is a drawback that the piping becomes 1-inch and becomes expensive. In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional art, the present invention is such that a part of the suction pipe is also used as a pressure feeding pipe.

The suction pipe 014, which is designed to be supplied to the bottom of the storage tank 16 mounted on the vehicle, is a suction pipe with one end opening at the top of the storage tank 16, and an opening/closing lid 15 is attached to the opening so that it can be opened and closed. Rare, #1g! A branch v116 branches out from the middle of the lead pipe 14, and the end of the branch pipe 16 opens to the bottom of the storage tank 15.

Next, to explain the operation of the present invention, during suction, when the Roots blower 5 is driven by an engine (not shown) as shown in Figure #11, the inside of the storage tank 15 is vacuumed. Due to the situation, sludge and the like flow through the suction pipe 14 together with air into the storage tank 16 while pushing open the HM lid 15, and are stored in the storage tank 13. Also, fine impurities remaining in the air flow are removed by cyclone 3. They are separated by first and second water scrapers 4.6. At this time, the on-off valves 18.20 are in the open position, while the on-off valves 19, 21.22. .. 23 has been switched to the closed position.
