本発明は系材単板に種々の加工を糺して得られる人工化
粧単板の製法化調するものであり、その目的とするとこ
ろは夏材部の移行部分すなわち夏材移行色を鮮明に表現
することの出来る人工化粧単板の製法を汎く提供し、も

以下本発明の人工化粧単板の製法について、第1図乃至
第6図の実施例に基いて詳細に説明する本発明はアガチ
ス材、ラブラ材、アイウス材等の南洋材をロータリー加
工してロータリー単板を作成するとともに、所定の大き
さに裁断して、厚み0.5%l乃歪2.01の集材単板
(1)を作成する。尚必要F一応じて該系材単板(1)
に脱脂部層、脱色処理を施したのち、染色IIJIll
を施して、所望の天然木の有している春材もと同−又は
略同−にする。次いで該素材単板(1)の表WJ&cウ
レタンユマルジ冒ンを鎗布量恥a/xl乃至60g/i
(望ましくは40g/wl乃iEsog/d)で塗布す
るとともに赤外線ヒーター、又は遮鮮外線ヒーターを照
射して、工マルジ■ンの水分を蒸発除去せしめてシール
層(2)を形成する。尚この際に用いたウレタンエマル
ジ1ンは低粘度(例えば2.ooonps Pi下)の
もので、プロピレンカーボネイト等によって希釈されて
いるものが望ましい。次いで該シールJail(21上
に所望の天然木と同−又は略同−の夏材移行色に染料又
は顔料でもって着色したウレタン樹脂等の接着剤(5)
を塗布するとともに、離形性シート(5)上に形成した
所望の天然木の夏材色と同−又は略同−の色彩の転写イ
ンク層(4)を押圧し、該接着剤(3)でもって木材単
板(1)上に転移せしめて、加工系材単板(6)を作成
する。もちろん離形性シート(5)は転移後に除去する
。次いで多数枚の該加工系材単板−を、ウレタン樹脂接
着剤、フェノール樹脂接着剤等の望ましくは透明性を蕾
する接着剤をそれぞれ介在せしめて積層するとともに上
