The water dispenser case is separated into two chambers, a drinking chamber and a water supply chamber with an open top surface, by a partition wall, and a small hole is provided at the bottom of the partition wall to communicate these two chambers, and a removable scale is installed in the water supply chamber. A valve mechanism in which a container is installed with its opening facing down, and the opening of the water container is opened and closed by the operation of a shaft that extends through the opening and projects outward under the bias of a spring force. When installed, the shaft body is pushed inward by the weight of the water container to open the opening, and water flows out from the water container until the water level in the water supply case reaches the opening position.
