体１１を固設し、該筒体１１内に有底筒状の内ケース１
２を挿入すると共に、該内ケース１２の底壁１２ａに前
記入口ポート１３及び出口ポート１５に開口した入口孔
１４及び出口孔１６を形成し、該入口孔１４を閉塞する
覆板１７及び出口孔１６を閉塞する弁１８をそれぞれ設
け、覆板１７には脚片′１９を吊下形成し、弁１８には
弁棒２０を吊下形成しかつ弁棒２０のバネ受２１と底壁
１２ａとの間に設けたバネ２２で弁１８を出口孔１６を
閉塞する方向に付勢すると共に、内ケース１２を筒体１
１内に挿入すると脚片１９及び弁棒２０が底壁１０に当
接するようにし、さらに前記内ケース１２にフィルタ２
３を挿入し、フィルタ２３及び内ケース１２を蓋２６で
筒体１１に押しつけ取付けたことを特徴とするフイルル
