、平常時の受光素子の出力または増幅器の出力を記憶す
る記憶回路をダイオードを通じて充電されるコンデンサ

型の電界効果トランジスタとで構成し、かつ上記電界効
果トランジスタのドレインが受光出力調整時に開かれる
