DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a papermaking method useful for producing plates or sheets by a papermaking method from an aqueous slurry in which various aggregates and various binders are mixed, for example, with water as a diluent. Specifically, the present invention provides a paper-making method that is effective for obtaining a final product whose surface properties are expressed in a specific manner from the resulting mat.

Traditionally, cement, starch, and various other binders are added to water as a diluent, and to this is added minerals such as sand, rock wool, asbestos, or calcium-alumina materials to form an aqueous slurry. A commonly known method is a papermaking method in which a rotating belt is not immersed in water, but according to this method, the binder in the uncured mat placed on the belt remains uncured until it is transferred to the next molding process. Because curing or solidification progresses over time, it is difficult to obtain products with desired surface properties such as surface smoothness and three-dimensional patterns by molding.

This invention has been made in view of the above facts, and will be specifically explained based on the drawings of the embodiments. The figure is a schematic cross-sectional view of an apparatus useful for carrying out the papermaking method according to the invention. In the figure, 1 is a furnace material, for example, felt can be used for this. These five door members 1 constitute an endless belt and rotate. Place the open end 3 of the cylinder 2 on top of this furnace material 1,
Slurry 4 is intermittently supplied into this cylinder 2. 5
is a slurry supply port, and 6 is a stopper for adjusting the slurry supply. A piston 7 that moves up and down is housed in the cylinder 2. When the piston 7 descends, it compresses the air in the cylinder 2. Under the pressure of this air, the water contained in the slurry 4 is poured onto the furnace material 1. The furnace material 1 is filtered, water is absorbed by a suction box 8 installed under the furnace material 1, and as a result, the uncured mat 9 is placed on the furnace material 1 under pressure by the piston 7 that descends further. The uneven pattern or smooth surface formed on the lower surface of the mat 9 gives the mat 9 a columnar surface. In this case, the mat 9 instantly comes into pressure contact with the descended piston 7 through the filtration that occurs under the piston (7) II, so that the binder contained in the mat 9 does not harden or solidify. Since the surface is formed under the pressure of the piston 7 while the mat 9 is not progressing, the flow of the material constituting the mat 9 is good, so that a final product with the desired surface properties can be obtained. Note that the process to produce the final product includes various dehydration or hydration steps, such as drying or firing, depending on the type of material.

As described above, this invention places the open end of the cylinder on top of the cylinder, dams up the slurry supplied into the cylinder with the 5P material, and uses the piston inside the cylinder to remove the diluent f.
However, the above-mentioned piston (Tomura) is a paper-making method characterized in that it is pressed against a mat formed on top of the piston, and a paper-made product having the desired surface properties, whether it is smooth, coarse, dense, or three-dimensionally patterned, can be obtained. It is useful for.
