この発明はたとえば種々の骨材と種々の結合剤をたとえ
ば水を希釈剤として混合した水性のスラリから抄造方法
によって板あるいはシートを製造する際に有用な抄造法
に関し、具体的には得られたマットから表面性状が所彊
の性状に表現された最終製品を得るのに有効な抄造法を

て水性スラリーとし、この中に回転するベルトを浸漬し
てず遇する抄造法などが一般的な方法として知られてい
るが、これによるとベルト上に載った未硬化のマット中
の結合剤は次工程の成形に移されるまでに硬化ないし固
化が進行するために成形では表面の平滑性、立体的柄模
様など所望の表面性状を有する製品を得ることが困難で

る抄造法の実施に有用な装置の断面略図である。図にお
いて、1は炉材で、これにはたとえばフェルトなどが適

いる。この炉材1の上にシリンダ2の開口端3を載せ、
このシリンダ2内に断続的にスラリ4が供給される。5

うう濾過を経て、マット9がこの降下したピストン7に
圧接するのは瞬時になされるから、7ツト9中に含まれ
る結合剤の硬化ないし固化が進行しない状態でピストン
7の圧接を受けて表面成形されるのでマット9を構成す
る物質の流れが良好で、したがって所望の表面性状を有
する最終製品が得られるのである。なお最終製品にする
までの工程には乾燥ないし焼成など材種により−々の脱
