    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属薄板とその上下を被覆する樹脂層からなる外被材に
    より発電要素を密封するとともに、外被材に設けた切欠
    窓に端子板を露出させてなる扁平電池であって、前記窓
    の周縁部の外被材と端子板との間に絶縁層を介在させ、
    さらに前記窓に露出する外被材の端面部分を絶縁層によ
    り被覆した扁平電池。
