Claims (1)
焼炉で熱せられた熱風ガスを鋼板に当て、そこからの溶
剤ガスを含む排ガスを前記燃焼ガス炉に導入して燃焼し
、そこで発生する熱風を再び焼付炉に送って循環再使用
するようにした塗装焼付炉が設けられ、該塗装焼付炉の
鋼板入口側端部に鋼板が通過する鋼板予熱室が設けられ
、該予熱室内には鋼板に向った赤外線ヒータが設けられ
、前記赤外線ヒータと鋼板とで囲まれる範囲で前記塗装
焼付炉の入口に接近して、前記予熱室の側壁に設けられ
た排気出口から前記燃焼炉へ排気ガスの一部を送る排気
装置とが設けられたことを特徴とする塗装鋼板の焼付装
