Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent formation of a ball and to disperse and drop piles uniformly, by providing supply shafts formed with metering grooves in contact with a chute in the lower part of vane wheels provided horizontally in a hopper. CONSTITUTION:Revolving shafts 8, 8- of the same number as the number of worms 6, 6- are provided to the bearings 7, 7 provided on the side surfaces on the side opposite from the hopper side surface on a revolving shaft 4 side. Roll type supply shafts 11, 11- are supported pivotally on the lower side in the positions where the shafts 8, 8- are set. Metering grooves 15 are engraved to the shafts 11 to form supplying clearances 16 between the same and a divider plate 14. A wire screen 18 of set meshes such as 30 meshes is extended between the shafts 11 and the lower dropping port 17 of a hopper 2.

Therefore, the present invention is a method for producing a static electricity supply system of the Hong-Mother type in which short fibers passing through a high-voltage electrode (hereinafter referred to as "pile") are dropped and supplied onto the upper part of a high-voltage electrode that is installed on a workpiece having a flocked surface such as an automobile door trim. This invention relates to a pile dropping device for electro-flocking, and in particular, an impeller for removing the stored pile is installed horizontally at a predetermined position inside the hair pile so as to be able to rotate in multiple directions, and is supplied between the impeller and the lower drop opening. The shaft is rotatably provided, and a groove is provided around the supply shaft to measure the amount of falling pile, and the impeller and the supply shaft are rotated by a rotary drive device on the side of the main shaft. This invention relates to a device for dropping electrostatic flocking.

As is well known, in order to plant about one short fiber called a pile on a flocked object, the flocked object is grounded, and an electrostatic charge is applied to the pile as it passes through a high-voltage electrode provided above. A so-called electrostatic flocking technique has been developed and adopted in which the flocking is carried out by adsorption to an adhesive applied to the surface of the flocked body.

Because of the sashimi, this type of falling pattern has the disadvantage that the amount of falling tends to vary spatially and falls unevenly, and therefore, the flocking distribution on the work surface will also be uneven, resulting in poor quality of the product. There was a problem with it becoming defective.

Alternatively, when it falls from a conch or a colander, it tends to form a so-called bead due to the moisture, and therefore, the falling state also tends to be beaded, and as a result, the flocked state of the workpiece surface may be beaded, and from this point of view, the product There is a disadvantage that defective products are easily produced.

The structure of the present invention in accordance with the above-mentioned object solves the above-mentioned problems by linking a supply shaft having a metering groove between the root wheel and the dropping port below it to a rotary drive device, and thereby improves the storage in the hopper.・
The 2-il is agitated by the multiple impellers and sent to the supply shaft at the bottom without forming a bead, and is evenly distributed through the circumferential groove of the supply shaft, and is sent from the high-voltage electrode to the work surface through the drop port. The gist of this is to ensure that it falls evenly.

It goes without saying that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. For example, various embodiments may be employed, such as vibrating the wire mesh or intersecting the rotating shafts of the impeller vertically and horizontally. As mentioned above, according to the present invention, in the dropping device for electrostatic flocking, a set number of impellers are installed horizontally in the hopper, so that the process of dropping the moist pile group Even if beads are formed between each other due to the moisture, the impeller disturbs them and no beads are formed.

In addition, since the impeller and the supply shaft are linked to a rotational drive device, the rotational speed of the impeller and the supply shaft is controlled to be slow, thereby increasing the amount of drop per hour. It can be controlled with a little flexibility, and the product has the effect of being versatile, allowing the density of flocking to be adjusted freely.
