Abstract

PURPOSE:A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for fixing the bottom part of a container pan for cosmetic in an integrated way, by laminating a specific synthetic resing film to the back of an aluminum foil, laminating a strongly pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a basic material layer and a weakly pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the surface of the foil in a spot state, laminating a release paper to the surface of the weakly pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the whole surface. CONSTITUTION:For example, the synthetic resin film (preferably unplasticized PVC film) b having compatibility with the pan 2 made of a synthetic resin to which the titled tape will be applied, having a thickness of 50mu is laminated to the bottom part of the soft aluminum foil a having a thickness of 50mu is laminated to the bottom part of the soft aluminum foil a having a thickness of 50mu, and strongly pressure-sensitive adhesive layer c having tack three times as much as or more than that of a weakly pressure-sensitive layer and a thickness of 40mu, the basic material layer d made of a synthetic resin (preferably polyethylene terephthalate film) having a thickness of 38mu, and the weakly acidic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer e having a thickness of 25-28mu are successively laminat ed to the back surface of the foil in a spot state. The release paper (preferably obtained by laminating polyethylene terephthalate film on PE film) f having a thickness of 110mu is laminated to the surface of the weakly pressure- sensitive adhesive layer to the whole surface, to give the desired film. EFFECT:Since an aluminum foil is laminated internally, the pressure-sensitive layers are prevented from being damaged by pressure and heat during injection molding.

Next, we will specifically explain the structure of the adhesive tape, a part of which is punched out and fixed to the bottom of the plate 2 as described above.
In FIGS. 4 and 6, 6 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the adhesive tape that is the source of the adhesive body 4 fixed to the bottom of the plate 2, and 6 is a 60s thick soft arsenium foil. can be,
On the back side of this arsenium hakumaro, a synthetic resin with a thickness of 50J1 that is compatible with the synthetic resin of the synthetic resin vessel 2 to be fixed is placed.
Film B is integrally laminated, and a strong adhesive layer C having a thickness of 401 M and having adhesive strength more than three times as strong as the weak adhesive described below is spotted in a certain shape on the surface of the aluminum foil. A large number of sheets are punched out into shapes and stacked at intervals, and furthermore, on the surface of this strong adhesive layer C, there is a single side (weak one) having the same dimensions as this strong adhesive layer C and a thickness of 3B. Adhesive layer side)! A synthetic resin base layer d formed on the flat surface, and 26 to 2 layers having the same dimensions as this base layer d.
The weak adhesive layers having a thickness of 8J1 are laminated in order in a slush shape and are arranged in parallel. Further, on the surface of the weak adhesive layer, a 110 g layer of original paper f, which can be easily peeled off from the weak adhesive layer e, is laminated as a whole sheet.

As mentioned above, the adhesive tape according to the present invention has a synthetic film b compatible with the synthetic resin plate 20 on its outer surface, and is punched into a predetermined shape and inserted into an injection mold. When 8M is injection molded, the film b can be melted by injection molding and the two can be bonded to each other, thereby making it possible to firmly fix the adhesive body 4 to the bottom of the plate 2. , and the Alcee 9M foil 1 is laminated inside, so that the adhesive layer 1 is not eroded by the resin pressure or heat during injection molding.
In addition, the strong adhesive layer C laminated inside strengthens the adhesion between the aluminum foil 1 and the base material layer d, so that the adhesive between the layers can be prevented when the parking body 4 is used. It completely prevents the occurrence of peeling, and furthermore, the adhesive layer @, . . . and the base material layer d are each integrally punched into a predetermined shape so that the adhesive layer @, .
Since it is pasted on the surface of the Alce Crystal Hole in the shape of a sheet, when forming the adhesive body 4 by punching out a part of the adhesive tape 6 of the present application, it is necessary to As shown by the chain line f in FIG. It has the feature of completely preventing clogging and malfunction.

Next, as shown in KIF17mK, a diethylene film 1 & a polyethylene terephthalate film etc. are made in order to have a thickness of 110μ, and a release paper f having a width of 18aQsw and a length of Room, which is aosw larger than the width of the above-mentioned inspection board.
Apply a relatively strong adhesive to the surface of the
A 19-inch plate of 88J thickness was formed by adhering it to form a weak adhesive layer, and one side of the weak adhesive layer was formed with 4 sides of pine.
An ethylene terephthalate film d is lathed to form a base layer, and a strong adhesive having an adhesive strength of 8 times or more than the weak adhesive is added to the surface of the base layer d. Apply adhesive to a thickness of 4011 mm to form a strong adhesive layer (C), and then laminated and adhere release paper for temporary protection on the surface of this strong adhesive layer C. Next, when constructing the sheet as described above and laminating the nine-roller and the end-of-life sheet, first, as shown in Figure 8, the winder is placed in a spot shape from the release paper side for temporary protection. In other words, the release paper f, which is the lowest layer, is not cut at all, but the layers above it, the so-called strong and weak adhesive layer @, the base material layer d, and the release paper are shaped into a predetermined shape. Then, as shown in Fig. 9, part of the outline is left and the part of the outline is punched out in a spot shape. Next, the weak adhesive layer C9 and the base material layer punched out as described above are left on the release paper f for each punch, and the unnecessary parts around them are removed. The resulting strong and weak adhesive layer C'.

The adhesive layer of the present invention is obtained by laminating the pace sheet pulled out from the winder on the adhesive sheet pulled out from the winder so that it faces the strong adhesive layer C on the release paper f, and laminating the two integrally. A tape 6 is constructed and wound up to form a winding C of the adhesive tape 6.
