Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　組合わされたとき管状体を配置可能な広幅のリング
    状凹溝を内周に形成する割り型の筒状外型とその外型内
    にセットされる棒状の芯金と両端部におい、て外型と芯
    金との間に配置される位置決め用の中型とより成る管状
    体形成用加硫金型において、前記芯金は８棒の外周に両
    端部が密着された状態で筒状ゴム弾性体が一体化された
    エアバッグ芯金より成ると共に前記バッグを膨張させる
    ために８棒に形成されたバッグ内周面に通じた貫通孔出
    口にはＴ型の弁が耐熱性のシール材を介して挿入配置さ
    れたものからなり、しかも前記バッグの少なくとも一方
    端の８棒への密着部近辺の肉厚は該中央部の肉厚より厚
    く形成されて成ることを特徴とする管状体形成用加硫金
    型。 ２　密着部近辺において、厚肉部を境にして中央部側と
    反対側の端面側の肉厚は中央部側よりも薄く構成されて
    成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の管状体形成用
    加硫金型。 ３　密着部において、厚肉部は外周にリング状凸部が形
    成されたものから成り、しかもそのために８棒はその凸
    に合ったリング状凹溝が形成されて成る実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の管状体形成用加硫金
    型。
