Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of the fragments of skin in open air, by attaching a skin transfer pipe to the turning device of peeled onion, and introducing the skin to a cyclone separator. CONSTITUTION:An onion (a) having a size matched with the peeling path 1 is transferred with the conveyor 60, and lifted in the path 1 by the sucking action caused by the flow of compressed air blown through the spiral groove and the blowing device 15. The onion is rotated by the spiral groove 4 in the path 1, and peeled. The peeled skin is blown off in the separation chamber 25 by the blown air stream, and the peeled bulb (b) is discharged by the direction changeover device 30 consisting of a rotor through the outlet tube 27. The skin is transferred to the cyclone-type separator 50, and discharged through the pipe 50. Air is exhausted through the exhaustion pipe furnished with a silencer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides an onion peeling device that sucks and supplies onions using vacuum pressure generated by blowing out compressed air, and blows and peels the onion skins. This relates to a device for discharging separated skins. In such onion peeling devices, the peeled onion and the skin separated from the onion are usually taken out through separate routes. The air that is discharged is also mixed with pieces of leather, dust, etc., and if these are released into the atmosphere, it is not environmentally sanitary.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 4, the outer cylinder (20) is divided into an upper outer cylinder (21) and a lower outer cylinder (22), both of which are fixed with bolts (23). The lower part of the cylinder (10) projects downward from the lower outer cylinder (22), and the middle and upper parts of the cylinder (10) are connected by the lower outer cylinder (?2) and the upper outer cylinder (21). By supporting the cylindrical body (10) so that it can freely slide up and down, and by connecting a vertical movement device operated by a handle to the lower part of the cylindrical body (10), it is possible to adjust the opening of the compressed air outlet provided at the upper part of the cylindrical body (10). The cylindrical body (10) is removed by turning.

Onions having a particle size that matches the inner diameter of the passageway (1) are continuously fed one by one at a predetermined interval directly below the cylinder (10) by a suitable conveyor device (60). Since a compressed air blowing device (15) is provided on the upper outer periphery of the cylinder (10), compressed air is blown out at a high speed from the compressed air blowing port (or mouth) of the blowing device (15). The compressed air line runs from the inlet (17) to the compressed air inlet path (16).
), first the spiral 1 provided on the outer peripheral wall of the cylinder (10)
11 (12), it begins to spirally move, and when it passes through the spiral groove (9) between the spiral blades (11), it is further bent, and the compressed air is blown through the inclined passageway (1B) e. The air flows out from the outlet (7) in a conical shape as a spiral swirl. Therefore, a vacuum pressure is generated inside the conical swirling airflow, that is, at the discharge end (6) of the passageway (1) of the cylinder (10), and the vacuum pressure is applied to the passageway (1).
When the pressure onion (a) is located directly below the suction end (2) of the onion, the pressure increases rapidly, so that the onion (-) is rapidly sucked into the passage (1).

On the other hand, the skin portion (e) of the peeled ball (b) is mostly formed between the drum-shaped rotating bodies (55) and (55)' of the left rotating body (61) and the right rotating body (31)'. The cyclone tube (51) rises together with the air through the nuclear separation device (50) through the skin outlet pipe (3B) and is introduced into the separation device (50). ), while the purified air is released to the atmosphere through the air exhaust pipe (62).The skin part (e) collected at the bottom of the O cyclone pipe (51) is Furthermore, the air is blown out through the skin outlet pipe (54) by the air nozzle (55). In addition, a part of the skin part (C) that is led out together with the peeled ball (b) passes through the second skin outlet pipe (69) branched from the peeled ball lead-out pipe (27), and then passes through the peeled ball (1). )
), and then passed through the cyclone pipe (51) together with most of the skin part (C) and discharged to the outside as described above. Note that the separation device (50) is a silencer (56).
According to the present invention, the skin part separated from onions (fine pieces of skin, hair root fragments, dust, etc.) can be reduced. ,
It includes. ) is introduced into the separator together with the exhaust gas, the skin part in the nuclear exhaust gas is captured by the separator, and the exhaust gas is purified before being released into the atmosphere, so it does not cause environmental pollution. Additionally, exhaust noise can be muffled due to the muffler surrounding the separation device.
