Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to cook by heating to the center of the thickness of a material to be cooked, even if said material to be cooked is considerably thick, by directly striking the material to be cooked with hot air by a structure wherein the hot air is rendered to be blown-off to the central position of a heating chamber in the hot air circulating type heat cooker. CONSTITUTION:The hot air heated at a heater 8 is blown-off from blowoff holes 14 provided at the center of a partition plate 5 to the center of the heating chamber 1 by means of an axial fan 6 and then the hot air in the heating chamber 1 is sucked from suction holes 15 provided in the partition plate 5 at its periphery adjacent to the side wall of the heating chamber 1 so as to forcibly circulate the hot air. In such a manner as mentioned above, the circulating hot air directly hits against the material to be cooked, resulting in enabling to heat the center of the material to be cooked with high temperature hot air with no heat being absorbed to the wall of the heating chamber 1.

To explain its structure, 1 is a heating chamber that stores the object to be heated 2, 3 is a door provided at the opening of the heating chamber 1 so that it can be opened and closed freely, and 4 is formed by a partition plate 6 provided in the heating chamber 1. This compartment 4 is provided with a heater 8 such as a sheathed heater, and a centrifugal fan 21 for circulating air within the heating chamber 1 and compartment 4. A motor 9 drives the centrifugal fan 21, and is driven by a belt 1o. 11 is the outer box of the heating cooker.

When heating an object to be heated in such a configuration, when the object to be heated 2 is placed in the heating chamber 1 and the power is turned on by an external operation, a voltage is applied to the motor 9 and the heater 8, and the centrifugal fan 21 starts rotating, and the heater 8 starts generating heat. On the other hand, as the centrifugal fan 210 rotates, the air near the rotary blade of the centrifugal fan 21 is compressed and blown onto the heater 8. The air blown to the heating device 8 absorbs heat from the heating device 8 and becomes hot air, which flows into the heating chamber 1 from the air outlet 14 provided in the partition plate 5 in the heating chamber 1 near the side wall of the heating chamber.
It is blown inward like an arrow. A part of the hot air blown into the heating chamber 1 directly hits the object to be heated 2 and heats the object to be heated 2, and the remaining hot air flows along the side wall of the heating chamber as shown by the arrow in the figure and closes the door 3. The object 2 to be heated is heated by changing the direction near the inner surface, and the object 2 is heated through the suction port 16 provided in the middle part of the partition plate 5 to the compartment 4.
The hot air circulates as it is sucked in and blown onto the heater 8 again, and the object 2 to be heated is cooked by this hot air. The temperature in the heating chamber 1 is set depending on the type of the object to be heated 2, and is controlled by a temperature detection element or the like.

A part of the hot air blown into the heating chamber 1 directly hits the heated object 2.
However, since most of the hot air flows along the side wall of the heating chamber and then heats the object 2 to be heated, heat is removed by the side wall of the heating chamber before it hits the object 2. This means that heating efficiency deteriorates.

In terms of cooking performance, for example, when cooking a thick object to be heated such as a sponge cake, the area around the object to be heated 2 will be partially hit by the hot air just blown from the compartment 4. Since the central part of the object to be heated 2 is cooked with hot air whose temperature has been lowered by removing heat from the walls of the heating chamber, etc., the degree of heating in the central part is lower than in the peripheral parts, resulting in unevenness on the surface of the sponge cake. It ends up.

When cooking with hot air in this way, heating progresses through heat conduction from the surface of the object to be heated 2 to the inside, so the center of the object to be heated 2 is the least likely to be heated, but the center of the heating chamber This tendency becomes even stronger when the hot air temperature is low, making it difficult to achieve good cooking performance.

This axial flow fan 6 can create wind in the axial direction, but if it is used alone, the velocity of the wind in the rotation direction remains, so the wind pressure in the axial direction is weak, so it is necessary to install it in the center of the partition plate 6. Hot air cannot be circulated through the blow-off port 14 and the suction port 16 provided in the partition plate 5 near the side wall of the heating chamber. Therefore, in this embodiment, a duct 7 is provided around the axial fan 6, and a l heater 8 which also serves as a stationary blade is provided within the duct 7 to change the minute speed in the rotational direction of the axial fan 6 to the wind speed in the axial direction. The hot air blown into the heating chamber 1 directly hits the object to be heated 2 and heats the object to be heated 2, as shown in FIG.
They change directions separately near the inner surface of the door 3 and flow along the side wall of the heating chamber, and are each sucked into the compartment 4 through the suction port 16. The air sucked into the compartment 4 is heated again by the heater 8, pressurized again by the axial fan 6, and blown into the heating chamber 1. Hot air circulates between the two, and the object to be heated 2 can be heated efficiently.

As is clear from the above description, the heating cooker of the present invention is
The hot air heated by the heater is blown out into the center of the heating chamber by an axial fan from the outlet provided in the center of the partition plate, and the hot air is sucked into the compartment from the inlet provided around the side wall of the heating chamber of the partition plate. With this structure, the hot air heated by the heater directly hits the object to be heated, so the center of the object to be heated can be heated with high-temperature hot air without heat being taken away by the walls of the heating chamber. In particular, the cooking device is capable of efficiently and satisfactorily cooking even a large and thick object to be heated, right down to the center.
