Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光源と、この光源からの入射光を透過する部分と反射又
    は吸収等によりしゃ断する部分とよりなるマトリックス
    を中心部のくりぬき部分に設けた振動板と、前記マトリ
    ックスによって透過された透過光を受光してこれを電気
    信号に変換する受光素子を備え、音波によって振動する
    前記振動板の−位置の変化を前記マトリックス上におけ
    る前記入射光の光点の位置の変化に置換して前記受光素
    子によって検出し、入力音波による前記振動板の振動を
    ディジタル電気信号として出力することを特徴とするマ
    イクロホン。
