部分をとりだした双安定回路、第２図はこの考案による
分周回路を示す図でありミ１及び２はＰｃＨＦＥＴ、　
３及び４はＮｃＨＦＥＴ、　５は電源電圧、６．　７．
　８及び９は電極等がもつ静電分布容量、１０及び１１
はツェナーダイオードである。なお図中同一あるいは相
当部分には同一符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｃ−ＭＯＳを用いた分周回路において、Ｃ−ＭＯＳを構
    成するＰαＦＥＴのドレイン電極とＮｃＨＦＥＴのソー
    ス電極との間に、ツェナーダイオードを挿入し、またＰ
    ｃＨＦＥＴとＮｃＨＦＥＴのゲート電極を分離すること
    により、上記ＦＥＴのスイッチング動作の際の充放電電
    流を抑えるように構成したことを特徴とする分周回路。
