Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molded product by forming a skin layer on the inner surface of a bottom force with the desired form, fixing a polyurethane foamed sheet to a central seat section or back rest section and sticking the cushion body provided with a urethane impregnated, cured layer at both ends to said skin layer. CONSTITUTION:Skin material 4 such as leather, cloth, etc. and film 5 of plastics or rubber are fitted up on the inner surface of a bottom face 1 with the desired shape to provide a skin layer. A polyurethane foamed sheet 6 is fitted up on the central seat section or back rest section. Urethane foaming stock solution is injected into the middle force 7 laid on the upper part of the bottom force 1. The top force 9 is set to the upper part of the middle force to expand said urethane stock solution. A urethane impregnated cured layer is laid on both ends 8, 8 excepting the central seat section or back rest section. A cushion body obtained 10, a polyurthane film 4 and a hard layer 8 are stuck to one body and taken out of the force to obtain a cushion molded body.

Conventionally, cushion bodies made of polyurethane foam have been coated with V such as polyvinyl chloride on the surface and side surfaces of the polyurethane foam body having a desired shape to increase commercial value.
It has a beautiful appearance by sewing or pasting a skin material such as C leather or cloth. On the other hand, the installation of this skin material is difficult to operate, especially when the form body has uneven parts or when providing the skin material on the corners, it is necessary to form a four-part equal wall to improve the aesthetic appearance. It was a loss.

Also, for a cushion body, if it has a uniform hardness, is this not the original requirement of the cushion body? ] - cannot be satisfied, for example, the armrest is a hard cushion material.
It is desirable that the seating portion be made of a soft cushioning material. Therefore, as described above, processing the polyurethane foam body into such a different state requires extremely difficult operations and wastes time, resulting in a significantly inferior workability.

The present invention has been developed as a result of extensive research in view of the current situation, and has achieved a 7-year-old, 11-year-old man with a beautiful appearance and desired properties through a simple process. ! There is a method that has been discovered to produce the body in a short time. That is, the method of the present invention involves looking at the inner surface of a l. .+15 L, medium heat sitting Hl in history
(My father installed a 7121J urethane foaming unit on the back, injected the urethane foam stock solution into the middle mold provided in one part of the nucleon mold, installed the second mold on top of the VC, and added the urethane stock solution. Foam the center layer and remove the seat or back area.
lf'U 11! The main feature of this cushion is that the cushion body provided with Intjil IVC urethane impregnated hardening layer and the skin layer are integrated into a dense layer.

Then, place a medium mold 7 on top of the lower mold 1, and press fit the urethane foam stock solution into it. In such a case, the foaming stock solution condenses into the foaming sorts 6, 6 to form a anti-containing hard layer 8, 8 at both end armrests, but since the polyethylene film 4 is provided at the center, the urethane foam is formed. The stock solution does not impregnate.

Furthermore, the 9 upper molds are installed on the VC and the ml (from Ichihara-ga).
By foaming, the cushion main body 10 is formed, and at the same time it is brought into close contact with the polyethylene film 4 as well as the hard layer. Then, the cushion is taken out from the mold and the hard layer made of VC urethane foam is formed at both ends and the center as shown in FIG. Part V
A cushion molded body consisting of a soft layer made of C urethane foam was obtained.
