In order to meet such demands, conventional methods have been to manufacture cushion blocks of different hardnesses separately, and to mold these blocks by joining or sewing them to the surface material using adhesive, or to mold them into a predetermined shape. In the former method, the impregnated material is placed in a predetermined position in the mold, the foamed resin raw material is injected, and the impregnated hardened layer is molded integrally to adjust the hardness to a predetermined difference. In the latter case, it is difficult to position the impregnating material and adjust the degree of impregnation, and the product has defects such as puffiness in quality. Recently, a wall that divides the inside of the mold into a plurality of compartments is fixed to the lower part of the mold, and a lining material is placed on the upper part of the mold. Alternatively, a wall that divides the interior of the mold into multiple compartments may be fixed to the lower die of the mold, and a portion of this wall may be glued together. A manufacturing method has been proposed in which a communication part is provided to communicate the respective compartments, and the foamed resin liquid of each compartment is connected via this communication part and foamed as a unit during molding of the cushion body, but in the former method, In the latter, each part of the cushion body is separated at the seat, making it uncomfortable to sit on, and in the latter, when the foamed resin liquid is foamed, the foamed resin raw materials in each compartment mix, causing the properties of each compartment and the product to change. There were problems such as variations in the results.

The present invention was proposed in view of these points, and includes a removable partition plate that divides the inside of the mold into a plurality of compartments, and a foaming synthetic resin liquid is injected into the compartments to form foam. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a cushion body in which the partition plate is included inside the cushion body as a part of the cushion body, and the properties of each part are different, and a mold thereof. That is, the invention described herein includes three inventions: two inventions relating to manufacturing methods and one invention relating to a mold.

First, the manufacturing method will be explained in detail. The first invention is, when a cushion body having a predetermined shape is obtained by injecting a polyurethane resin raw material into a mold, a concave fitting in the inner bottom surface of the mold is provided to divide the inner bottom surface of the mold into a plurality of sections. Insert a flammable sheet-like partition plate into the mold to divide the inside of the mold into a plurality of compartments, (b) inject the same polyurethane resin raw material into each compartment with different packing densities, e9 After that, the mold is closed and foaming is performed. (2) A partition plate is included inside the cushion body, and cushion bodies having different hardnesses with different foaming ratios are manufactured. Further, in the second invention, when obtaining a cushion body of a predetermined shape using a mold, a concave fitting portion of the inner bottom surface of the mold, which is provided so as to divide the inner bottom surface of the mold G() into a plurality of sections, is provided. Inserting a combustible sheet-like partition plate to divide the inner mold into a plurality of compartments, ρ) Injecting different or different polyurethane resin raw materials into each compartment, e9 Afterwards, closing the mold and causing foaming. C) The gist is to manufacture cushion bodies that include a partition plate inside the cushion body and have different properties.

As is clear from the above, the difference between the first invention and the second invention is that the requirements of However, the difference lies in whether it is a completely different or different raw material. In addition, the first invention is a turtle in which only the packing density of the same resin raw material is changed,
As a cushion body, differences in hardness are mainly realized based on differences in foaming ratio, but in the second invention, since the polyurethane resin raw material itself is changed, not only a difference in hardness but also a difference in hardness of each part of the cushion body is realized. It is possible to change the properties.

Next, the mold which is the sixth invention will be explained together with the method of manufacturing a cushion body which is the first and second inventions using this mold. FIG. 6 is a perspective sectional view of a main part of the mold for the cushion body shown in FIG. 1, and is an embodiment of the mold of the sixth invention. In this figure, the mold has a lower mso and an upper mold 62 which are connected so as to be openable and closable by a hinge 66. A recessed fitting portion 64 is provided at a portion separating the portion 30a and both side portions 30'b. The partition plate 6 is inserted into this fitting part 54.
1, and place the inside of the mold into the seat part 60a and both side parts 30'b.
Separate into separate rooms. When the mold is closed, this partition plate comes into close contact with the upper mold to completely separate each compartment, and when the cushion body is removed from the mold after foam molding, the partition plate can be easily removed from the above-mentioned fitting part. It is necessary to consider the size, thickness, etc. so that it can be removed. After the partition plate is set in this manner, a polyurethane resin raw material is injected into each compartment of the mold, that is, the seat part Boa and both side parts 30b. At this time, when the polyurethane resin raw materials are the same, the amount of filling in each compartment is varied, and the hardness of both side parts 30b is made relatively hard with respect to the seat part 60aK.
The density is increased by increasing the filling amount of 'b' compared to 60a. In addition, if the polyurethane resin raw materials are of different types or types, 30b
It is necessary to adjust the bitter urethane resin raw material so that the hardness of 30a is relatively hard. In this way, the polyurethane resin raw material is filled, the mold is closed, and after the foaming hardens, the mold is opened and demolded to obtain a desired cushion body. Figure 4 is Boliure! FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the closed state of the mold after filling the resin raw material. The partition plate is included inside the molded cushion body, and each part of the cushion body
, gob are glued together. 9. In the molded cushion body 10 shown in FIG. 1, the partition plate 11
The fitting part 3 of the mold is made so that it does not protrude beyond the seat part 10a.
It is preferable to configure 4. This is because if the partition plate protrudes beyond the seat when the user is seated, the partition plate will create a sense of discomfort. Furthermore, this concave fitting part,
In addition to the bottom of the lower mold of the mold, a partition plate is also provided on the side of the lower mold to prevent distortion during foaming, and a concave fitting part is also provided on the inner surface of the upper mold of the mold to prevent the partition plate from being distorted when the mold is closed. It is desirable that the partition plate be fitted into the fitting part of the upper mold to prevent deformation of the partition plate due to the foaming pressure during foaming, but this has the problem of complicating the mold structure.

The cushion body manufactured as described above completely satisfies the hardness and properties of each part required for a cushion body, has little buffiness, and has each part of the cushion body bonded together through a partition plate. The mold for this cushion body is suitable for manufacturing a cushion body having the above-mentioned effects, and is easy to operate. Moreover, it is industrially useful because it does not cause any line changes or problems when manufacturing cushion bodies by placing it on a conventional manufacturing line.
