第１図は従来の減速電動機の一側を示す一部断面図、第
２図、第３図はこの考案の一実施例を示すもので、第２
図は要部を示す断面図、第３図は回転軸端、緩衝部材、
第１歯車軸端の斜視図である。図中、１は電動機、２は
枠体、５は負荷側ブラケット、６は反負荷側ブラケット
、８は回転軸、Ｂａ？よすり割り溝、９，１０，３１，
３２は玉軸受、１３は第１歯車、１５は減速部分、１６
は歯車箱、１７はブラケット、１９は第２歯車、２０は
第３歯車、２３は第４歯車、２４は出力軸、２９は緩衝
部材、２９ａは貫通孔、３０は第１歯車軸、３０ａは長
方形状の突起部である。なお、図中同一符号は同一また
は相当部分を示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）電動機と歯車式減速部分とが一体に結合されるも
    のにおいて、上記電動機の回転軸と上記減速部分の第１
    歯車軸とを緩衝部材を介して相対回動不能に連結すると
    共に、上記回転軸を一対のコロガリ軸受を介して上記電
    動機の反負荷側ブラケットと負荷側ブラケットとで支承
    し、上記第１歯車軸を一対のコロガリ軸受を介して上記
    負荷側ブラケットで支承したことを特徴とする減速電動
    機。゛
  2. （２）緩衝部材は回転軸の一端部に設けられたすり割り
    溝に回動不能に嵌合されると共に、第１歯車軸の一端部
    に設けられた長方形状突起部が回動不能に嵌合される貫
    通孔を備えていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の減速電動機。
