    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 非直線性がよくしかも誘電率の高い半導体素子、例えば
    酸化亜鉛を主成分とした主非直線抵抗素子に、同じく酸
    化亜鉛を主成分とした付加非直線抵抗素子と、大電流領
    域でバイパスする負性抵抗体とを並設したものを直列に
    接続して避雷器内部要・　　　　素を構成した避雷器。
