    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 酸化亜鉛を主成分とする電圧非直線抵抗素子を特性要素
    とする避雷器において、ドーナツ型に構成した電圧非直
    線抵抗素子と、この素子と共に積重ねられる電極板を接
    続導体として該素子の内側に設けられたバイパスギャッ
    プと、このバイパスキャップと上記素子内側面間に設け
    られた絶縁管とを備えたことを特徴とする避雷器。
