DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing plate-like products from wood rod-like strips elongated in the direction of the fibers obtained by processing veneer waste. By using a forming path with a narrow cross section, in the vertical state, a layer is formed with an appropriate head height using a receiving plate provided in the forming path, and after forming this layer, the forming path is rotated horizontally and inserted between press plates. The structure is such that the layered material is placed on a press plate, and with such a simple structure, it is possible to convert this kind of bar-like strip into a plate-like material with uniform orientation, uniform thickness, and uniform density. The present invention provides a device that can be manufactured.

The rod-shaped strips produced in the apparatus of the present invention are made by converting veneer waste A as shown in FIG. 1A into rod-shaped strips B elongated in the fiber direction as shown in FIG. 1B, Plywood scrap A is generally used as the core board of plywood, and its thickness is 1
.. It is about 3 mm to 4 mm, and the rod-shaped strip B obtained by processing this is 1.3 mm x 1.3 mm to 1.3 mm x 4 mm.
It is a rod-shaped strip with a cross section of about 30 cm to about 90 cm in length.

It is extremely difficult to manufacture plate-like products with uniform orientation, uniform thickness, and uniform density from such rod-like strips.
For example, if forming is performed in a horizontal state, such as in hardboard or particle board, it is extremely difficult, almost impossible, to achieve uniform thickness and density even if the directionality is uniform.

The carry-in conveyor 35 has a forming path F with its rear end Q being vertical.
The rod-shaped strip B is placed close to the upper side of the carry-in end P of the molding plate 1, and from the position of the rear end Q, the bar-shaped strip B is aligned with the molding surfaces 1' and 2' of the molding plates 1 and 2 so that its longitudinal direction is approximately horizontal. The orientation and the direction of conveyance of the strips conveyed on the conveyor are set so that they fall in parallel.

In this way, the rod-like strips B are oriented in the vertical forming path F so that the longitudinal direction thereof is perpendicular to the plane of the paper in FIGS. 2 and 4, and in the left-right direction in FIG. 5 to form a layered structure. Therefore, the bar-shaped strips B are transported by the carrying-in conveyor 35.
When conveying, the directionality is oriented in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper in FIGS. 2 and 4, and in the left-right direction in FIG. The density of the strips in this direction is almost equally conveyed, and when they fall from the rear end Q to the carry-in end P of the vertical forming path F, the longitudinal direction is the forming surfaces 1' and 2' of the forming plates 1 and 2. Set the transport direction of the conveyor so that the material falls parallel to and horizontally.

ハードボード或はパーチクルボード等のプレス装置を利
用し得て、プレス装置を簡素化し得る利点がある。
As described above, the apparatus of the present invention does not perform layer formation on a wide surface of the product in width and length, but performs layer formation on a narrow area of product thickness in a vertical state and with an appropriate height, so that it is possible to form a layer in a vertical manner. When forming a layer from a material, it is possible to achieve extremely accurate thickness density and fiber direction with a simple device, and it is also possible to transfer a product formed in a vertical state to a horizontal state without the layer state collapsing. Since it is constructed to be pressed, it is possible to use a pressing device for hard boards, particle boards, etc., which have been generally employed in the past, and there is an advantage that the pressing device can be simplified.

1 A molding path is formed by arranging two relatively thin molding plates with their opposing molding surfaces substantially parallel to each other with a predetermined interval, and the molding plate is movable within the molding path from near the insertion start to near the end. In addition to disposing a receiving plate, the forming path is configured to be able to freely rotate between a substantially vertical state and a horizontal state, and to be able to move forward and backward in a substantially horizontal direction, and a carry-in conveyor is provided close to the carrying-in end of the forming road in the vertical state. Further, a press plate is disposed in front of the forming path in a horizontal state,
In a state perpendicular to the forming path, the carrying conveyor causes the rod-shaped strips to be coated with adhesive in advance to fall onto the receiving plate with the longitudinal direction substantially horizontal and approximately parallel to the forming surface of the forming path with an appropriate drop. A layered body with uniform directionality is formed in the forming path, and after the formation of the layered body, the forming path is rotated horizontally, and the layered body is moved forward and inserted between the press plates, and when the forming path retreats, the layered body is held by a receiving plate. 1. An apparatus for manufacturing a plate-like article from a wooden rod-like strip, characterized in that the apparatus is configured to heat and pressurize the remaining wood by placing it on a press plate.
