Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）シートバックが傾動するリクライニングシートの
    後方に近接して荷受部材が荷受位置から格納位置に可動
    自在に設けられたラゲツジストツパ装置において、 荷受部材が荷受位置に常時弾性体で付勢されており、前
    記シートバックの後傾に応じて可動することを特徴とす
    るラゲツジストツパ装置。
  2. （２）荷受部材はリヤフロアに設けられた一対のブラケ
    ットに荷受位置から格納位置に回動自在に枢支されたア
    ームであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のラゲツジストッパ装置。
  3. （３）　　荷受部材はリヤフロアに設けられた一対のブ
    ラケットに荷受位置から格納位置に回動自在に枢支され
    た平板であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のラゲツジスト、ツバ装置。
  4. （４）荷受部材は荷室側面に設けられたガイド部に荷受
    位置から格納位置に移動自在に案内係合された棒材であ
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
