    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. その上端部に幅方向にスライド自在なヘッドレストを有
    する可倒式シートのシートバック部を所定姿勢で保持す
    るものにおいて、−上記可倒式シートの被取付体に設け
    られたストライカと、このストライカに掛脱自在な掛止
    部を有し上記シートバック部に回動酊在に枢支されるフ
    ックと、このフックの上記掛止部を上記ストライカから
    離脱付勢するレバーと、このレバーに連結されその一部
    が上記バック部の前面側に突出するロックオフレバーと
    を具備した子とを特徴とする可倒式シートのシートバッ
    ク部保持装置。
