However, railroad crossing boards that use metal plates such as steel plates as leaf springs initially have sufficient elasticity and resistance to load, but they become heavier and, after long-term use, the metal plates deteriorate. There was an inconvenience that the leaf spring deformed without having sufficient elasticity.

The structure of the leaf spring 7 will be explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5. The leaf spring 7 is integrally molded from FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), and its tip is attached to the bottom surface of the tip of the tread plate 3 by a screw 8. The rear end is fixed to the upper surface of the substrate 2 by a screw 9.

Since the leaf spring 7 is formed as described above, when it is stretched between the tread plate 3 and the base plate 2 as shown in FIG. ,
For example, the tip of the footboard 3 is kept elevated from the floor by about 150 mm.

1 and 2, the leaf spring 7 is fixed to both the footboard 3 and the base plate 2, but as shown in FIG. It is also possible to have a structure in which the plate spring 7 is left as a free end and slides on the substrate 2 every time the plate spring 7 is bent.

Also, the leaf spring 7 and the base plate 2 are fixed, and the space between the leaf spring 7 and the tread plate 3 is left unfixed, so that each time the leaf spring 7 bends, its tip slides against the tread plate 3. A movable structure may be adopted.

According to the present invention, since the leaf spring 7 has the above-mentioned structure, the leaf spring 7 can sufficiently absorb the large load caused by the jump of the athlete. The elasticity allows the ball to recover and provide a sufficient jumping effect.

Further, in the illustrated example, the substrate 2 is formed to be gently curved so as to be convex upward, and is made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic (hereinafter referred to as FRP) plate such as Aviton (trade name) and other materials. This board 2, which is formed into a long and narrow rectangular shape by laminating a plurality of plates, is arranged in pairs on the left and right, and anti-slip 4 made of an elastic material such as rubber is installed on the lower surface of both ends. According to the present invention, the leaf spring which is connected between the board of the board and the free end of the board is integrally molded into a predetermined shape using FRP, and this is inserted between the board and the board. Because it adopts a structure in which the board is installed on the board, it has superior strength and elasticity compared to conventional metal leaf springs, can withstand long-term use, and is light in weight. During operation, it can be moved extremely easily and an unprecedented level crossing board can be provided.
