Entsprechend der Struktur und dem gewählten Material können Matten von weicher bis harter Charakteristik hergestellt werden. The teaching of the correct consequences of action and reaction is promoted and the development of the corresponding reflexes is possible in a much shorter time than before.

Claims (11)

1. A sports mat, particularly a movable judo mat in an elastic foam-like material (4) and possibly a cover (7), characterized in that the elastic foam-like material (4) is laid on an approximately circular plate (3) stiff in flexure, in that the plate (3) stiff in flexure if floatingly mounted on a foamed material (6) able to slide freely, and has on the underside a central projection (5) which in the unloaded state is underlaid by the foamed material (6), and in that the circular plate (3) is surrounded by a border (2) which consists at least partly in an elastic foam-like material (4).
2. A sports mat according to claim 1, characterized in that the projection (5) is semispherical.
3. A sports mat according to either claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the border (2) is swivellably connected with the central part (1).
4. A sports mat according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the border (2) is floatingly mounted on a foamed material (6) able to slide freely.
5. A sports mat according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the foamed material (6) able to slide freely of the border (2) and of the central part (1) forms one unit.
6. A sports mat according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the border (2) has an angular external outline.
7. A sports mat according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the border (2) has a thickness decreasing towards its outer edge (10).
8. A sports mat according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that between the foamed material (6) able to slide freely and the foam-like elastic material (4) of the border (2) a stiffening (8) is provided.
9. A sports mat according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the foamed material (6) able to slide freely is mounted inside an elastic cover (7).
10. A sports mat according to claim 9, characterized in that the cover (7) is at least partly non-stretchable.
11. A sports mat according to either claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the foamed material (6) able to slide is changeably disposed in the cover (7).
