    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送信原稿を照明する光源と、前記送信原稿からの反射光
    を集光するレンズと、このレンズの後段に設けたイメー
    ジセンサと、前記光源の発する照明光が前記イメージセ
    ンサに入射するまでの光の絡路中に設けられた光量規制
    手段と、前記送信原稿に対して前記光源と逆の側に設け
    た表面が白色の反射板と、前記送信原稿の読取開始前に
    前記反射板の読取信号を記憶する記憶手段と、前記送信
    原稿の読取時に前記記憶手段の出力信号で読取画信号を
    シェーディング補正する補正手段とを具備１、たことを
    特徴とする画像読取装置。
