Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of a zero point of oil quantities in various oil storage tanks whose heights to bottom plates are different from each other, by constituting tape reels for winding a tape which suspends a float by the dual reels of an outer reel and an inner reel which is rotated with respect to the outer reel. CONSTITUTION:A scale tape 10 of a liquid level display part 16 is positioned at zero. The outer reel 5a and the inner reel 5b of the reels 5 are made free to each other. Therefore, when the tape 3, which is wound around the reel 5b is drawn out of a through hole 15 of the reel 5a, only the reel 5b is rotated and the tape 3 is extended. When oil is inputted into the tank, the float 2 climbs in association with the climb of the oil level. The tape is wound around the outer seel 5a by that amount. At the same time, a reel 9 and a reel 11 are rotated clockwise, the tape 10 is moved, and the indication of the oil quantity is increased.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages, and to facilitate the installation of level gauges in various types of oil storage tanks with different heights to the bottom plate, and to easily adjust the winding point of the tape reel when suspending the float. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid level gauge in which the oil level zero point can be easily adjusted because it can be determined, and there is no risk of deviation due to measurement error in the height of a tank.

However, according to the present invention, the purpose of the lever is to sense changes in the liquid level in the tank using the float, and measure the amount of movement of the float via the tape.
In the liquid level gauge that transmits information to the liquid level display, the tape reel for winding the tape that hangs the float is composed of a double reel consisting of an outer reel and an inner reel that is rotatable relative to the outer reel.
This is achieved by drawing out the tape wound around the inner reel through a through hole provided in the outer reel, attaching a float to the tip of the tape, and then fixing the inner and outer reels to each other.
