に設置されるとともに煙道に形成された窓にベローズを
介して接続されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の煙道内ガス分析装置。 (3)  防振および熱隔離手段として、光源および光
検出器が剛性の大なる結合部材で保持されるとともにこ
の結谷部材が弾性を有する取付部材で煙道に取着され、
前記光源および光検出器がそれぞれ煙道に形成された窓
