きるようにした高濃度微粉炭スラリーしているため、貨
物列車輸送、その他の手段でバルク輸送されている。
しかし、これらの輸送、さらにその前後の積込・積出し
作業においてその中に含まれている微粉炭(通常、粒径
はQ,5ms以下)は風などによって飛散し、発塵の問
