結される２つ割可能な回転外環と、該回転外環に着脱自
在に嵌着されかつ締付けるべきナツトを嵌入するナツト
孔を具えた２つ割可能な回転内環とを有し、上記ハウジ
ングには回転外環の所定の一方向の回転のみを可能なら
しめる爪手段が設けられ、一方、上記回転外環にはこの
爪゛手段に上記所定回転方向と反対の回転時にのみ係合
する歯溝が形成され、以って上記回転外環の逆転時に上
記爪手段と歯溝とが係合することにより回転外環及び回
転内環の停止位置を一義的に規定し得るようにしたナツ
