Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体の後部に設置されたリヤシートのシートバックを前
    傾可能に取付け、このシートバックの前傾によりトラン
    クルームと車室とを連通させるよう構成した自動車にお
    いて、上記車体シートバックとのいずれか一方にストラ
    イカ部材を設け、他方に上記ストライカ部材と係合し上
    記シートバックを起立位置に保持するフック部材を設け
    、このフック部材をストライカ部材との係合を解除する
    方向に操作する第１操作部材を車室に臨ませて設け、上
    記フック部材をストライカ部材との係合を解除する方向
    に操作する第２操作部材をトランクルームに臨ませて設
    けたことを特徴とする自動車のリヤシートバックのロッ
